Drain Tile

Drain tiles are designed to collect water and direct it away from the building to prevent any damage to the foundation or footing. It combines with the cement used to create the footer to prevent seepage through cracks in your home's structure.

The trench must be as deep as the base of your home and be directly next to the footer. In fact, it should be a little deeper to allow for the thickness of the drain tile you are installing.
